Prices
The prices listed on the website are for indication only and might vary depending on the season and availability. Please contact us for exact price and availability.
Payment
Payment must be made at least 1 month prior arrival and is accepted by bank transfer or cheque. We will confirm details at the time of confirming your booking. Booking will only be firm once payment has been received.
Payment is accepted in British Pound Sterling and Euros at current exchange rate. Please enquire at time of booking request.

Note that prices may vary slighlty on Airbnb and some additional fees might apply.
Cancellation Policy
Shall you need to cancel less than 7 days in advance I am afraid we will not be able to reimburse, if you cancel from 7 days to 1 month in advance, 50 % of the payment will be refunded, if you cancel more than 1 month in advance no cancellation charge applies.

No smoking in the flat and in the building
No pets
No heavy drinking
No parties
No subletting
No noise late at night
Do not take away any items that belong to us
